Based on the i-PRO Global Environmental Policy, i-PRO aims to reduce the environmental impact of our entire supply chain, and contribute to realize a sustainable society through its business activities, including product development, manufacturing, sales, logistics, and services.
Specifically, i-PRO engages in the following initiatives.
1. i-PRO establishes environmental targets and strives to protect the environment and prevent environmental pollution.
2. i-PRO strives to comply with laws, rules, ordinances, and agreements related to the environment.
3. i-PRO strives to improve our environmental performance continually using our environmental management system as a tool.
4. i-PRO engages in the following "environmentally important activities".
1) CO2 Emissions
Creating and providing of environmentally friendly products and services
Reduction of CO2 emissions when using products
Reduction of CO2 emissions at offices and factories during operating hours
2) Resources
Effectively use energy and resources (including control of waste disposal and emission)
3) Harmful Substances
Appropriately manage chemical substances contained in products and used in manufacturing activities.
5. i-PRO strives to contribute to the local community.
6. i-PRO provides appropriate education and training to all employees in order to increase our environmental awareness.
7. i-PRO discloses this Environmental Policy on its website.
